We were a happy family: my parents, my sister and three brothers. Our happy time and our beautiful life passed normally. I went to kindergarten and school. I was eight years old. Then my mother died. She was very ill. My father is a teacher. He earned too little. The illness was: she always had to go to the toilet, diarrhoea. My father lived in another town. There was his work. My sister and we brothers were still too young to be alone. My sister’s name is Lina. My sister helped my mother. In Bangladesh there was no telephone at that time. We could not talk on the phone. I fled for political reasons. No one can stand the violence and the unfair treatment and no one can oppose it. The political situation in Syria has always been critical, but it was only after the revolution that the way of punishment became worse. There was either eternal imprisonment or death penalty.
