I am 23 years old and come from Afghanistan. I was born in Bagram, where I lived with my family. I went to school until the seventh grade, then I stayed at home and helped my mother with the household. My life was beautiful – until my father died. He died when I was eight years old, after that our lives changed a lot. We all had to help and stick together. We had to leave Afghanistan because my father was politically very active when he was still alive, so we could never lead a safe life.
In 2015 I came to Germany. Exactly on 10.02.2015 we arrived. First I was afraid, very big fear. We arrived in Nuremberg. The people in Afghanistan had told us many stories before our journey, which made us afraid.
I live in Germany with my mother and my two brothers. At the moment I am doing a language course. My wish is to work as a saleswoman afterwards.
