Going to school makes him really happy

Ο Μοχάμεντ είναι πέντε ετών και ήρθε στην Ελλάδα με τους γονείς του και την αδελφή του. Είναι πολύ χαρούμενος που πηγαίνει στο σχολείο και μαθαίνει την ελληνική γλώσσα. Του αρέσει να ξυπνάει νωρίς το πρωί για να πάει στο σχολείο. Η μαμά του είπε ότι μερικές φορές κλαίει τα Σαββατοκύριακα, επειδή θέλει να πάει στο σχολείο αλλά είναι κλειστό.

Violin lessons

Abdalelah is 13 years old. He came from Syria with his family. Now, he is staying in Greece only with his mother. His older brother and two sisters are living in Germany.
He is happy that he can go to school and be with Greek students. He also participates in the music lessons of El Sistema Greece in the refugee center of Skaramagas, where he learns to play the violin.
In the future, he wants to be a doctor but also to keep going the violin lessons. Even when he will go to Germany with his family he plans to continue the music lessons and playing the violin.

Mostafa is four years old and was born in Iran by Afghan parents. The photo shows how happy he is that he learned to write his name in Greek. He also told us that he can count the numbers from one to ten in Greek.

“I learned to speak and write in Greek”

I am Mohammed and I am seven years old. I go to the A2 class at the school in Haidari. At school, I learned to speak and write in Greek, and I can talk to my friends at school.
I like to play out in the schoolyard, play with computers and doing physical exercises. I like maths and Greek language very much.
My best friend at the camp (Refugee Center of Skaramagas) is Sami and Zachra!

Είμαι ο Μωχάμετ και είμαι εφτά χρονών. Πηγαίνω στην Α2 τάξη, στο σχολείο στο Χαΐδάρι. Στο σχολείο έμαθα να μιλάω και να γράφω Ελληνικά, και μπορώ να μιλάω με τους φίλους μου στο σχολείο.
Μου αρέσει να παίζω έξω στην αυλή, να παίζω με τους υπολογιστές και να κάνω γυμναστική. Μου αρέσουν πολύ τα μαθηματικά και η γλώσσα.
Οι καλύτεροι μου φίλου στο κάμπ (Κ.Φ.Π Σκαραμαγκά) είναι ο Σάμι και η Ζάχρα!
